I would say the best way to lose weight, according to me personally is to try and find excitement and pleasure in the empty feeling you gain from not eating. That is easier said than done and in the past ive gone to extremes to try and get this feeling but it will happen once you start to lose weight. Eating as little as possible and counting calories. Soup works wonders!
It may sound odd, but I could scroll through for hours on web pages that offer weight loss tips purely because I find the prospect of losing weight so exciting, its highly motivating and thats what you need.. Something that triggers you inside, even if it only lasts for a couple of days. Stay strong, you can do this!

It varies from day to day. I dont drink alot of cold fluids but alot of green tea. I dont normally have breakfast, lunch or tea as regular meals.
I dont like sitting down to eat a meal so instead I tend to snack throughout the day on mostly healthy things; I get full easily and sometimes ibs stops me from eating altogether. I stay away from carbs and I always count calories.
